What people are saying about Palace Riu Cabo San Lucas...I just spent 1 week at the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas. I wanted to congratulate you all. I have not one complaint. The rooms, the food, the entertainment and most of all the people working at the resort were fantastic. Once again, my hat is off to you, great job and I’m looking forward to my next visit very soon!!!

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary there. Mrs Carrol P. I just wanted to send a note to you to say thank you SO much for a perfect vacation. I had sent an email saying I was going to propose to my girlfriend on june 19th while we were at the hotel. I also requested a king bed. When we arrived, we had a beautiful corner room overlooking the beach and the pool. I'm not sure if you made any special arrangements for me, but if you did I wanted to show my appreciation. I proposed on the bridge overlooking the pool, she said yes and we will never forget the time we spent there. Your hotel is beautiful and your staff is very friendly. Thanks again for making a once in a lifetime moment absolutely magic... A very satisfied guest... Just a quick note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful resort!! This was a 7th time at a Riu resort and the best vacation ever!! Thanks again for granting our request to have a room with a view. We stayed in room #4117 and it had an amazing view. Service at the hotel as always was excellent as well as the food, beverages etc.. Loved the swim up bar "Baja Sur" Fer, Marco, Sanchez and Raphael are the best!!! All was awesome!!! We also saw some staff members with familiar faces from other Riu resorts such as Tino Martinez bar manager in the Las Venatas Bar!!! (he was our bartender in Playa del Carmen at the Riu Yucatan, Tequila and Palace) We look forward to seeing you next year in Cabo!! The hotel was exceptional in every way from the guest services, to the rooms to the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. But I must say the service provided to us tops it all. Luis Velez (I think that was his last name) was the first one to greet us at the desk, what a great host. He new my name before I said it, he greeted us with a warm smile and a much needed drink. From the moment we arrived to the second we left he provided us with outstanding service he was not only kind and friendly but also helpful and knowledgeable and I don't think that this kind of service should go unrecognized. We had a fabulous vacation! Everyone did their utmost best from housekeeping to the front desk. We have not one complaint other than we wish we could have stayed another week. We had read a few negative reviews and came to the conclusion that some people are never happy with anything. We were treated extremely well. Our room was lovely (4048) and in a nice quiet location just like I requested. We would love to visit again sometime in the future. Hopefully it will still be within a good price range. My husband and I will continue to sing your praises to all who ask how our vacation was. Keep up the excellent work and best wishes to all we came in contact with. Your front desk staff were the best we have ever encountered in our extensive travel locations. Begonia did a super job for customer relations. She impressed us from the moment we met her. It was a pleasure to see that smile every day we met. We visited the lobby bar each day before dinner and were also impressed with the staff.
